The Facebook for Business Online Course will guide students in how to use Facebook for promoting your business and also help you to think about why you use Facebook and what you want to achieve from the tool. You will investigate who your Facebook audience will be, and where to find them as well as what to say on Facebook and how to encourage engagement. Facebook is a ‘must-use’ social network for many businesses. It is not just a network of people playing games or sharing pictures of their pets. Almost all businesses will benefit from having a well maintained Facebook business page and a strong optimised Facebook profile can help you become more visible in search engines.

There are no particular entry requirements, although it is recommended that students have a good understanding of using computers.
Students may register at any time. As this is a short course, the student receives a fully-supported 3 month licence period and any support is delivered via email. As the course is self-study, you can complete in as little or as long a time as you prefer within the 3 month licence period.
As this is a short unaccredited online course there are no student assignments although there are exercises for the student to complete as they progress.
This course is designed for personal development and is not externally accredited. Students can request a Certificate of Completion after successfully completing all course learning objects.
