Course Description

The Social Media Marketing – Level 3 Course is designed to give an introduction to how popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and the like, can help to achieve your business marketing goals. Companies predominantly use social media marketing to reach out to existing and potential customers and potential employees, as well as journalists and bloggers who can help their cause.

This approach switches the focus from impersonal advertisements to direct human contact, at the same time associating the company or enterprise with the social media culture. Social networking platforms like Twitter allow followers to re-tweet comments made by others about the product being promoted.By repeating the message, the user’s “friends” see it, thereby reaching more people, a phenomenon known as “snowball marketing”.
